Kalithea Spa is positioned on the
edge of a small closed gulf about 15km from Rhodes
Town and just 1km away from Faliraki.
The beautiful and very popular spa
complex was built by the Italians in the 1920s.
The hot springs of the spa were good for the health
and were used until the late 60s.

Under the impressive cupola in the
center of the Spa was a fountain, now silent and,
the impressive cobble stone paved area to the
right, the refectory, were the visitors drank
their water.
The sea is marvelous and it is offered
for swimming, sun-bathing and snorkeling. Kalithea
Spa is one of the most charming places on Rhodes
Island for a relaxing day out.
