This project is located to the south of the island,
where development has been less intense and there
remains a virgin coastline set against lush mountains
where traditional villages are inhabited by warm,
friendly, easygoing people.
Lahania is just such a village and Cybarco's "Pano
Lahania" project is in essence an extension
to the atmosphere of the existing village.
Designed to evoke a Rhodian village, the properties
are styled after traditional village houses with
pebble stone decorated yards, made private by
high walls, and featuring traditional touches
such as wooden ceiling beams and elegant arches.
-54 houses in total. Phase A´ includes 12
houses.
-Three types of residences (small, medium and
large).
-All have covered parking that lead you straight
into the yard.
-Most have private swimming pools resembling traditional
village water reserves.
All "Pano Lahania" residents will enjoy
fresh country air, beautiful scenery and the tranquillity
of a village life.
