We spent a lot of money in this supermarket for the whole week we
stayed buying food and gifts etc. My 6 year old Son saved his pocket
money to buy a toy car as his holiday gift to himself on his last day
of his holiday, costing 8.90 euros. We realised it was broken
immediately after leaving the supermarket so we turned straight back
to ask if we could exchange it for another and was flatly refused and
spoken to very arogantly. My little boy cried in the shop as he was
so upset and other customers were very supportive and surprised at the
shopkeepers but they refused to offer a refund or exchange of toy
saying we must have broke it despite there being 4 other broken toys
in the same box. So a word of warning to all who shop here - Check
first that everything is working, not broken and in mint condition as
if it isn't they will not under any circumstances exchange or refund
it. We are back home now but my 6 year old Son is still remembering
this part of the holiday and gets upset about it. Pefkos is fantastic
but I wouldn't shop here again.
